Williams Landing - Near new to share with 1 other + dog+cat in LAVERTON RAAF, Victoria for sale

Hi, I'm looking to share my large home with someone, personable, social, responsible, and friendly. The bedroom is large and comfortably fits queen bed and tallboy; it has built in robes with shelving. Included in the price is a separate rumpus room separate from the main living area that you can use for watching TV etc, with access to the alfresco. The bathroom and loo are only shared by the visitors. I am an exceptionally house proud person so regular cleaning of your rooms is an expectation

I am a 40 something professional working in the city, but lucky to have the flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week, so I do need someone who is not around a lot during the day Mon - Fri, or at least sleeping if you are a shift worker.
I like to head off camping on weekends so with summer coming up that might happen often, so you will have the place to yourself when I do that.
I have a dog and a cat, so you must be an animal lover.
As a recently label ex smoker, I do not want a smoker even if you smoke outside, I can still smell it. Unfortunately I am the worst kind of ex smoker.
2 weeks rent as bond required to cover any cleaning/damage/excess bills upon departure. I am also happy to charge and extra $40 pw to cover base utilities if that is easier for you otherwise its 50:50 for water, power, gas and phone/internet.
